We use Square and PayPal as our payment method on our online shop. It is a secure, quick and convenient way of sending and receiving money online.   

Pricing:

All of our pricing that appear on our website  are in Australia dollars only and are inclusive of taxes. If you are experiencing any problems placing your order please contact us online through the Contact Us page. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns on skin care products due to the nature of our products, your understanding is appreciate. If you have not received your product order please contact us using the form on the Contact Us page. 

Warranty:

All electrical products come with warranty please see each individual page for the length of warranty offered with each product. If you have any questions or issues please contact us through the Contact Us page. 

Using MeTime Skin Care Products:

All our skin care products are made from natural ingredients and we are 100% vegan. 

Our products contain no parable or SLS, no synthetic or artificial ingredients. In case of an allergic reaction or sensitivity to an ingredient to occur MeTime highly recommends you do a patch test on a small part of your skin first. 

If sensitivity or allergic reaction occurs, stop using the product immediately and consult a medical professional for attention. We take great care in ensuring that all ingredients used in each product are safe to use on the area intended. We will not assume responsibility if a product is used in a manner not intended by us. 

MeTime Skin Care Range is Australian made and Cruelty Free. 

MeTime Candle Range:

All our ingredients used in our candles are Natural and Vegan. MeTime uses a soy/coconut wax blend. All our candles contain No Parabens, No Silicones and No PEG’s. MeTime Candle Range is Australian made.

MeTime Rejuvenation Products:

All our products are sourced from companies who contain certified certificates for each product. MeTime does not take responsibility for the product if it causes harm as at the time of sale the product was quality tested from supplier.
